We’ve worked with councils on projects across New Zealand, so we understand the processes and requirements to gain your building consent. Whether it’s plumbing, accessibility, fire safety, foundations, fences, swimming pools, sheds, decks — or anything else— we understand the ins-and-outs of how to get the boxes ticked and get your consent across the line.

Design is a team sport. Our project management approach is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and a commitment to keeping your project true to its intent.

We work closely with clients, builders, engineers, councils, and consultants to ensure the design vision is carried through every stage—on time, on budget, and with integrity. From coordinating documentation and communications to guiding decision‑making and problem‑solving, we help maintain a smooth, predictable process from concept to completion.

We can also step in as the on‑the‑ground Project Manager for builds designed by another architect or third party. Whether we developed the design or not, we bring the same level of responsiveness, reliability, and hands‑on support to keep things moving efficiently on site.

Our role is to advocate for your project, protect the quality of the outcome, and ensure the work reflects the intentions of the design — whoever created it.
